喀什地区高中生物实验教学现状与思考

The Biology Experiment Teaching's Current Situation and Thinking of Senior Middle School in Kashgar

通过访谈法和课堂观察等方法,对喀什地区部分高中进行了生物实验教学情况的调查,调查结果显示生物实验教学存在着实验员老师配备不足、教师实验技能欠缺、实验开出率不高、实验设备不足等诸多问题,并针对这些问题提出相应建议,学校领导和实验老师在思想上应对实验教学高度重视,教育管理部门应配备足额的生物专业教师,应进一步加大投入实验经费,同时生物专业教师应树立终身学习理念,加强实验技能培训,注重提高得学生科学素养.

Through interviews and classroom observation method, investigated the teaching of biological experiments on the part of senior middle school in Kashgar, the survey results show that there are many problems, lack of experimental teachers lack of skills, the experiment rate is very low, lack of experimental facilities for biological experiment teaching. And put forward the corresponding suggestions to solve these problems, the school leaders and teachers in the ideological experiment of experimental teaching full attention, education management department is equipped with professional teachers in the experiment, further increase the input of funds, teachers professional concept of lifelong learning, strengthen the training of experimental skills, pay attention to the improvement of students＇ scientific literacy.
