几株内生真菌对三峡地区柑橘的生物保鲜作用 被引量:3

摘要 从三峡地区自然腐烂的柑橘果实上分离出1株优势致腐菌,经r DNA-ITS序列分析和形态学观察,鉴定该菌为Penicillium citrinum。用来自三峡地区特有灌木疏花水柏枝(Myricaria laxiflora)的12株具较高抗氧化活性内生真菌,分析其对柑橘致腐菌的拮抗作用。结果表明,其中4株具有较好的拮抗效果,菌株SG-4的发酵液水相粗提物的抑菌活性最好,在柑橘中亦可抑制致腐菌生长,自然贮藏过程中有效阻止柑橘果实腐烂,说明可在三峡地区柑橘的生物保鲜中进行推广和利用。 A dominant fungus caused citrus rot was isolated from the naturally decaying fruit in the Three Gorges area. Through rDNA-ITS sequence and morphology analysis, the strain was identified as Penicillium citrinum. 12 endophytic fungi with high antioxidant activity from Myricaria laxiflora,a specific shrub in the Three Gorges area,were chosen to evaluate the antagonism to the citrus rot fungi. The results displayed that 4 endophytic fungi had good antagonistic activity. The aqueous phase crude extracts from SG-4 broth showed the best antifungal activity, which can inhibit the rot fungi growth in citrus fruit and effectively prevent the decay in natural storage. All the endeavors indicated that the endophytic fungi can be pro-moted and used in the biopreservation of citrus in the Three Gorges region.
