中国农村居民健康状况及其影响因素研究——基于CHNS截面数据

Study on the Health Condition of Rural Residents in China and Its Influence Factors——Based on CHNS Section Data

利用2011年中国健康与营养调查(CHNS)的截面数据,在描述分析农村居民健康状况的基础上,采用Ordered Logit模型分析个人特征、家庭特征、生活习惯和其他因素对健康的影响。结果表明,受教育水平、农民收入、医疗保险和生活习惯对农村居民的健康具有显著影响。因此,提高农村居民的受教育水平,促进农村居民增收,扩大医疗保险服务的覆盖面以及引导农村居民改善生活习惯对农村居民健康具有积极的作用。

With the section data of China and nutrition survey in 2011, and based on the descriptive analysis of health con-dition of rural residents in different age, gender, region, and different level of education, the effects of personal characteris-tic, household characteristic, living habit and other factors on health were analyzed with the ordered Logit model. The results showed that the educational level, farmers＇ incomes, medical insurance and good living habit had obvious positive effect on the health of rural residents. Accordingly, measures to enhance educational level, promote incomes of rural residents, expand the coverage of medical insurance service and lead improvement of living habit of rural residents would be significant for the health of rural residents, as well as have reference implication to the formulation of rural health policy.
