摘要
为了使农民培训体系更加完善和科学,更好地契合农民的培训需求,在借鉴企业导师制培训新员工的理论和实践基础上,引入导师制作为农民培训的模式。基于知识共享理论,结合导师制管理和农民培训模式,探讨在知识共享背景下将导师制模式应用于农民培训。分析了导师制农民培训的意义,提出了导师制农民培训项目设计与实施面临的问题,同时给出了导师制农民培训的框架设计,即导师制农民培训项目展开需要经过导师遴选、导师辅导、导师管理、导师考核四大模块。
In order to make the farmers training system to be more complete and scientific, and meet the demand of farmer training, by using the theory and application experience of the enterprise stuff training based on tutorial system for reference, the tutorial system was introduced as a farmer training model. Based on the theory of knowledge sharing, and combined the tutorial system management with farmers training model, the application of tutorial system model in the farmer training under the background of knowledge sharing was investigated. The significance of the farmer training based on tutorial system was analyzed, and the problems in design and implementation of farmer training project under tutorial system were pointed out, as well as the framework design of farmer training based on tutorial system was proposed, that is the four modules, including the selecting for tutor, advisor tutoring, tutor management, tutor performance appraisal should be necessary for implementation of the farmer training project based on tutorial system.
