摘要 南荻(Triarrhena lutarioriparia L.Liu)是一种自然生长于长江中下游洲滩的野生植物,其早春时节抽发的嫩茎称之为荻笋,其是一种具有保健功效的天然食品,市场发展空间广阔。通过长期实践,初步总结出了南荻种植生产基地建设与管理要求、荻笋采摘规范和简易加工技术,并对荻笋加工品延长保鲜期提出了见地。 Triarrhena lutarioriparia L. Liu is a kind of wild plant growing naturally in the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River marshland, of which the tender stem sprout in early spring called as reed bamboo shoots is a kind of natural food with health care function and broad market space for development. Based on long-term practice, the preliminary T. lu-tarioriparia planting production base construction and management requirements as well as the picking and simple processing technology of reed bamboo shoots were summed up. Moreover, the views on extending the shelf-life of reed bamboo shoots products were put forward.
