棉花幼苗韧皮部电波兴起对韧皮部运输的遏抑作用 被引量:1

摘要 应用同位素示踪技术和放射性自显影方法,探讨了周期性电脉冲处理对棉花韧皮部运输的遏抑效应。结果表明,电脉冲刺激韧皮部,引发韧皮部的电波兴起和传递。周期性电脉冲(27V/1s)每半小时刺激一次会减弱韧皮部长距离运输,减少叶片14C-同化物向根端的运输量。放射自显影显示,周期性电脉冲刺激减弱韧皮部运输是韧皮部运输通道受遏抑所致。上述结果提示。
