摘要
篮球运动的发展,首先要从少儿抓起.打好基础,提高技术。但是篮球运动的训练与比赛不可避免地会发生一些伤害事故,了解其常见的损伤及损伤发生机制,及时采取必要的预防措施,可以避免或减少运动性伤害事故的发生,加快青少年运动员体能恢复,投入正常的训练和比赛。
The development of basketball sport needs the enhancement of the excerise of teenagers in order to solidify the fundment and raise the skills.However the injuries are unavoidable in the exercises and matches of basketball playing.It is necessary to know the common injuries and the mechanic of injuries and to take the preventive measure in time,which will avoid and decrease the injuries.It is benefit for young sprotsmen to recover quickly and to take part in the regular excercise and matches.
