腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术对卵巢功能远期影响的临床研究

Clinical Study of the Long-term Effect of Laparoscopic Ovarian Cyst Resection on Ovarian Function

目的探讨腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术对卵巢功能的远期影响。方法收治160例卵巢囊肿患者并随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组接受腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术,对照组接受开腹手术,比较两组预后。结果所有患者安全完成手术,无术中严重并发症,观察组术中出血量和住院天数明显较少(P<0.05)。术后3个月的血清FSH与E2值观察组与术前对比无明显差异,而对照组FSH值显著高于术前及观察组(P<0.05)。术后随访发现观察组与对照组并发症发生率分别为2.5%和12.5%,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术是常见的微创方法,促进患者康复且不影响卵巢功能,同时减少远期并发症,应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection on ovarian function. Methods 160 o- varian cysts patients were divided into 2 groups and received laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection and open operation respectively. Results All patients completed surgery without serious complications. The blood loss and hospital stays and complication rate of the observation group were less（P 〈0.05）. The FSH value of the control group after surgery was higher than before and the observation group（P 〈0.05）. The adverse reaction of the observation group was 2.5% ,while of the control group was 12.5% ,the observation group was lower than the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection is common mini- mally invasive method, it can promote rehabilitation and without affect ovarian function, and reduce long-term complications, it has high application value.
