A Review on the Application of Oil Online Monitoring Technology in the Wind Turbine Gearbox

针对风机齿轮箱故障问题对风电机组的严重影响,论述了风机齿轮箱油液在线监测技术的必要性与重要性,综述介绍了油液监测技术及其方法,针对与风机齿轮箱油液在线监测技术密切相关的水分、粘度、磨粒等指标介绍了对应的传感器的应用与发展,提出应尽快开展油液在线监测技术在风电机组齿轮箱的工程化应用研究。

Aiming at the serious effect of the faults of wind turbine gearbox on the wind turbines, this article discusses the the importance and necessity about on-line monitoring technology of gear box oil and summarizes the oil monito- ring technology and monitoring method. The application and development of the corresponding sensors about mois- ture, viscosity and abrasive particles were introduced in this paper which are closely related to the gearbox operation. It suggested that the engineering application of on-line oil monitoring technology in the wind turbine gearbox should be carried out as soon as possible.
