膝关节韧带的MRI正常解剖与损伤的对比研究

The Compare Disquisition of the Knee Ligaments:Normal and Pathologic Appearances on MRI

目的:通过膝关节韧带的MR I正常解剖与损伤的对比研究,为膝关节损伤的影像诊断提供依据。方法:回顾性分析16例膝关节韧带损伤病人,观察膝关节的MR I正常解剖,内、外侧副韧带,前、后交叉韧带损伤的影像学表现。结果:冠状位可清楚显示内、外侧副韧带;W risberg韧带;矢状位可清楚显示前、后交叉韧带。内、外侧副韧带完全撕裂伤MR I表现为韧带连续性中断或韧带肿胀增粗,信号增高,T1W I呈低或中等信号,T2W I呈高信号;前、后交叉韧带完全撕裂伤MR I表现为韧带连续性中断,断端肿胀;部分撕裂伤表现为局部肿胀增粗,信号增高。结论:MR I可以清晰显示膝关节韧带正常解剖及损伤的异常影像学表现,为临床提供充分信息,应作为膝关节韧带损伤的常规检查。

Objective To provide the basis for imaging diagnosis through compare disquisition of the knee ligaments:normal and pathologic appearances on MRI.Methods By retrospective analysis of 16 cases of patients with knee ligaments injury,the normal and pathologic appearances of knee ligaments including the internal and external collateral ligament,anterior and posterior cruciate ligament were observed on MRI.Results MRI scans clearly showed the normal and pathologic appearances of knee ligaments.T1WI showed low or moderate signal,T2WI showed high signal in patients with complete laceration of the internal and external collateral ligament;MRI scans also showed ligament continuity interrupted and increased signal in patients with complete laceration of anterior and posterior cruciate ligament.Conclusion MRI can clearly show normal and pathologic appearances of the knee ligaments,It should serve as a routine examination of knee ligaments injury in order to provide adequate clinical information.
