宫腔填塞纱条治疗剖宫产术中大出血疗效观察

Effect Observation of Intrauterine Gauzepacking on Massive Hemorrhage in Cesarean Section

目的:探讨宫腔纱条填塞在剖宫产术中大出血时的止血效果。方法:对51例剖宫产术中大出血患者经用宫缩剂,手法按摩子宫,可吸收线"8"字缝合出血点无效,出血量≥500mL者,用宫腔纱条填塞术止血,观察止血效果。结果:49例止血效果满意,有效率96.08%。结论:宫腔纱条填塞术是治疗剖宫产术中出血的有效方法,方法简单,止血速度快,效果明显,保留了子宫。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of intrauterine packing with gauze in the massive hemorrhage cases undertaking cesarean section.Methods After oxytocin,mechanically favor uterine Contraction and Brace sutures were applied to 51 massive hemorrhage cases undertaking cesarean section and these routine methods showed no effect,the total blood loss of each case was more than 500 milliliters,Intrauterine packing with gauze were applied to observe its effectiveness in controlling the postpartum hemorrhage.Results 49 cases were successfully stanched and efficacy rate is as high as 96.08%.Conclusion Intrauterine packing with gauze is a simple and effective hemostatic step in the postpartum hemorrhage cases undertaking cesarean section and reproductive capacity is preserved.
