通络祛瘀解毒汤治疗缺血性中风的临床研究

目的:观察通络祛瘀解毒汤对缺血性中风的治疗效果。方法:应用通络祛瘀解毒汤治疗缺血性中风80例,并设对照组70例,采用神经功能缺损评分法评价治疗效果。结果:通络祛瘀解毒汤治疗缺血性中风用药前后神经功能缺损评分与对照组比较明显降低(P<0.01),总显效率(70.00%)和总有效率(95.00%),明显优于对照组(分别为45.71%和80%),结论:通络祛瘀解毒汤治疗缺血性中风具有良好效果。
