妇炎消片质量标准的研究

Study on Quality Standard of Fu Yan Xiao Tablets

目的:建立妇炎消片含量测定标准。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,测定妇炎消片中大黄素、大黄酚的含量。色谱柱:C18(大连伊利特250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(85:15);检测波长:254nm;流速:1.0ml/min。结果:妇炎消片大黄素、大黄酚测定样品平均回收率分别为98.89%、99.40%,RSD%分别为0.78、1.09。结论:本含量测定方法结果较好,方法可行,可有效地控制该制剂的质量。

Objective To establish the quality standard of Fu Yan Xiao Tablets.Methods Using high-performance liquid chromatography method of Fuyanke Consumers Tablets Chrysophanol and Emodin content.Alkyl silane to 18 for bonding silica filler;methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid(85:15) as the mobile phase detection wavelength was 254 nm.Results Fu Yan Xiao tablets of Chrysophanol and Emodin content,the average recovery rate was 98.89% 、99.40%,RSD 0.78% 1.09%(n = 6).Conclusion The established method is simple,feasible and rep reducible.This study provides a method for the quality control of fu yan xiao tablets.
