摘要
目的:探讨NSCs与OECs联合移植对TBI大鼠运动功能修复的作用。方法:85只SD成年大鼠采用经典的Feeney氏法自由落体撞击法造成TBI运动功能损伤。剔除死亡及不合格的10只,余75只大鼠随机分为损伤对照组(A组)、NSCs移植组(B组)、NSCs与OECs联合移植组(C组)。各组均咬开骨窗,显露硬膜,于造模后1、7、14、25、30天进行神经功能评分并取材行HE及免疫组化染色,比较各组行为学评分及组织染色结果。结果:各组25只大鼠均进入分析,B组、C组7天、14天、25天、30天较A组有显著差异性(P<0.05),C组在25天、30天与B组比较有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论:NSCs联合OECs移植能改善TBI大鼠运动功能,且治疗效果优于NSCs移植。
Objective To investigate the motor function enhancement of taumatic brain injury rats with transplantation of neural stem cells and olfactory ensheathing cells.Methods 85 adult SD rats were used the Feeney's method of free-fall impact to cause traumatic brain injury,excluding the dead and unqualified,75 adult SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups,injury control group(A group),neural stem cells transplantation group(B group),neural stem cells and olfactory ensheathing cells united transplantation group(C group).All rats open bite bone window,revealed subdural and.We score neurological function after modeled 1day,7day,14days,30days and draw the materials to do HE and immunohistochemical staining,then compare the behavior of each group and immunohistochemical staining.Results B group,C group at 14 days,25 days,30 days have significant differences with A group(P<0.05),C group at 25days,30days have significant differences with B group(P<0.05).Conclusion Neural stem cells and olfactory ensheathing cells united transplantation can enhance the motor function of taumatic brain injury rats,have better effect than single neural stem cells transplantation.
