CVVHD治疗急性重症胰腺炎合并MODS的临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的:总结连续性静脉血液滤过透析(CVVHD)治疗急性重症胰腺炎(SAP)合并多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)的治疗效果。方法:2004年～2009年82例SAP合并MODS患者在综合治疗的基础上进行CVVHD治疗。结果:82例患者,治愈49例,治愈率59.75%(49/82);院内死亡24例;9例在CVVHD治疗后放弃治疗,出院后死亡。治疗后有关生化指标等有明显改善。结论:CVVHD治疗SAP有明显疗效,能有效救治临床并发症,降低死亡率。
