盆腔孤立性纤维性肿瘤超声表现

目的:探讨盆腔孤立性纤维性肿瘤的超声表现,提高对孤立性纤维性肿瘤的认识和诊断水平。方法:回顾性分析3例经病理证实的盆腔孤立性纤维性肿瘤患者的B超表现。结果:1例为前列腺孤立性纤维性肿瘤,1例为膀胱孤立性纤维性肿瘤,1例为盆腔后腹膜孤立性纤维性肿瘤。B超显示低回声区,与周围邻近组织器官界限分明。结论:盆腔SFT少见且难于发现,超声虽不能做出精确诊断、但对首诊、筛选和鉴别诊断有重要作用。

Objective To analyze the pelvic solitary fibrous tumor(SFT) of the clinlcouitrasonic enhances the level of awareness and diagnosis of SFT.Methods Retrospective analysis of three cases of pathologically confirmed pelvic SFT of the clinlcouitrasonic.Results One case of solitary fibrous tumor the prostate,one case of solitary fibrous tumor of the bladder,and one case of pelvic retroperitoneal SFT.clinlcouitrasonic shows hypopechoic areas,with clear boundaries around the adjacent tissues and organs.Concluslon Pelvic SFT isdifficult to find.Although ultrasound can not make a precise diagnosis,the first diagnosis,sreening and diagnosis plays an important role.
