杀虫双、速灭威混配对小鼠全血胆碱酯酶活性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨杀虫双和速灭威的联合染毒对小鼠全血胆碱酯酶活性的影响。方法:以昆明种清洁级小鼠为实验动物,进行不同剂量的杀虫双和速灭威混配对小鼠进行经口灌胃急性染毒实验。实验分为3个阶段:杀虫双单独染毒实验、速灭威单独染毒实验、杀虫双和速灭威混配析因设计。各染毒组按相应的染毒方案以0.1 mL/10g经口灌胃染毒,染毒后观察动物的中毒表现,并记录症状和死亡情况。1 h后取血测定胆碱酯酶活性。结果:杀虫双、速灭威各单剂染毒组的小鼠全血胆碱酯酶活性均低于正常生理盐水组(P<0.05);杀虫双与速灭威等毒混配各染毒组小鼠全血胆碱酯酶活性明显降低(P<0.05);且影响存在交互作用(P<0.05),可以认为100%LD50杀虫双和100%LD50速灭威组合时,对小鼠毒性最大,小鼠全血胆碱酯酶活性最小。结论:杀虫双和速灭威等毒混配对胆碱酯酶活性抑制更明显,存在交互协同作用。 Objective Discuss the influence of the mice' Cholinesterase activities in whole blood mixing with Bisultap and Metolcarb.Methods In Kunming mice were clean,with different doses of bisultap and metolcarb emulsifiable concentrate to mice by gavage on the acute exposure experiment,that divided into four stages: exposure alone bisultap experiment,exposure alone metolcarb experiment,the bisultap and metolcarb emulsifiable concentrate mixed factorial design.The exposed group were exposed to the appropriate program to 0.1mL/10g exposure by gavage,observed after exposure to the performance of poisoning animals,and record the symptoms and death.Determination blood cholinesterase activity after 1 hour.Results The bisultap and metolcarb emulsifiable concentrate single dose group of mice exposed to whole blood cholinesterase activity was lower than the normal saline group(P <0.05).The bisultap and metolcarb emulsifiable concentrate other toxic mixtures of the exposed mice significantly decreased whole blood cholinesterase activity(P <0.05);and there was an interaction effect(P <0.05).That 100% LD50 bisultap and 100% LD50 metolcarb emulsifiable concentrate,the most toxic in mice,whole blood cholinesterase activity minimum.Conclusion The bisultap and metolcarb emulsifiable concentrate other toxic mixtures of cholinesterase inhibition is more obvious,exists synergistic interaction.
