摘要
目的:研究六味地黄丸加减对乳腺癌化疗后自觉症状群的影响。方法:采用药物对60例病例的进行为期2月的干预,研究其治疗中医证候改善率,以及治疗前后症状改善程度比较。结果:①治疗后中医证候改善情况为:临床痊愈3例(5%),显效35例(58%),有效20(33%)例,无效4(7%)例。②治疗前后腰膝酸软、潮热、盗汗、眩晕、耳鸣、心烦、失眠等症状比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗后口燥咽干症状改善比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:六味地黄丸加减方可以有效改善乳腺癌化疗后自觉症状群。
Objective To study the Liuweidihuang Pill after chemotherapy for breast cancer cluster of symptoms.Methods 60 cases of drugs on the conduct of a period of 2 months of intervention study to improve the rate of TCM treatment,and the like to improve the level of comparison before and after treatment.Results ① The TCM treatment to improve the situation as follows: clinical cure in 3 cases(5%),effective in 35 cases(58%),effective 20(33%) cases,no 4(7%) cases.②Hip knee Limp before and after treatment,hot flashes,night sweats,dizziness,tinnitus,irritability,insomnia and other symptoms were significant differences(P <0.05 or P <0.01).Dry mouth and throat symptoms improved after treatment,no significant difference(P> 0.05).Conclusion Liuweidihuang Pill can improve symptoms of breast cancer after chemotherapy group.
