MTX局部注射联合中西药对持续性异位妊娠的预防效果

Prevent effect of local injection of methotrexate integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment on persistent persistent ectopic pregnancy during the conservative surgery of tubal pregnancy

目的:探讨MTX局部注射联合中西药对持续性异位妊娠的预防效果。方法:180例行输卵管保守性手术的患者随机分为A组(注射组90例)与B组(对照组90例),均行腹腔镜下输卵管切开取胚术。A组术中局部注射甲氨蝶呤预防PEP,术后口服米非司酮、中药宫外孕I号方,B组未使用。结果:A组术后3d、6d血清β-HCG均显著低于B组(P<0.01)。A组术后1例发生PEP,B组6例,有统计学意义。结论:腹腔镜下保守治疗输卵管妊娠,术后局部注射MTX、术后联合口服米非司酮、中药宫外孕I号PEP方能有效地减少PEP发生率。

Objective To explore the prevent effect of local injection of methotrexate integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment on persistent persistent ectopic pregnancy during the conservative surgery of tubal pregnancy.Methods 180 tubal pregnancy patients were randomly divided into injection group and control group,with 90 cases for each during the laparoscopy of tubal pregnancy,MTX was injected locally in A group,while the mifepristone and Chinese medicine were taken orally,while not in B group.Results There was remarkable difference in the level of serum β-HCG at 3,6 days postoperatively between two groups(P<0.01).1 cases occurred PEP in group A,and 6 cases in group B.the incidence rate of group A was significant lower than that of group B.Conclusion Local injection of MTX and mifepristone,Chinese medicine can reduce the incidence of PEP during the laparoscopic conservative surgery for tubal pregnancy.
