兖州卷柏炭制前后穗花杉双黄酮的含量变化 被引量:1

摘要 目的:建立兖州卷柏中特征成分穗花杉双黄酮的含量测定方法,比较兖州卷柏炭制前后穗花双黄酮的含量变化。方法:YMC-Pack ODS-AQ L1(250mm×4.6mm,5um),流动相为甲醇-0.2%醋酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,柱温:25℃,检测波长为257nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果:兖州卷柏炭制品的穗花杉双黄酮含量高于兖州卷柏生品。结论:此方法稳定可靠,重现性好,适用于兖州卷柏碳制品的质量控制,为兖州卷柏的炮制机理提供一定的依据。 Objective To compare the amentoflavone content changes of selaginella involved spring after processed by stri-frying.Methods The column of YMC-Pack ODS-AQ L1(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used,The mobile phase was methanol: 0.2% acetic acid,gradient elution,and the temperature was 25℃,and detected wavelength was at 257 nm,the flow rate was 1.0mL/min.Results The amentoflavone content of selaginella involved spring after processed by stri-frying was the highest.Conclusion The method is sample,accurate with a good repeatability,and can be used for the quality control of stir-frying product of selaginella involven spring,The results provide certain evidence for approaching the process mechanism of selaginella involven spring.
