摘要
目的:探讨泽兰对创伤性休克犬肠道细菌的保护作用。方法:家犬24条,随机分为3组,泽兰干预组(A组),山莨菪碱对照组(B组),休克对照组(C组);多因素法制备创伤性休克模型,60 min后进行复苏和药物干预,分别于休克后60、120、240 min取中心静脉血做细菌培养,300 min后取肠系膜淋巴结和肝组织做细菌培养。结果:A、B、C三组均有细菌移位,其中A、B组细菌移位比C组明显减少,A、B组与C组比较有显著差异,A、B组比较无显著差异。结论:泽兰水煎剂通过对肠粘膜微循环的改善对损伤性休克犬肠道细菌移位具有保护作用,其效应与山莨菪碱相似。
Objective To Investigate the protective effect of Herba Lycopi on intestinal bacteria in dogs with traumatic shock.Methods 24 dogs were randomly divided into 3 groups,Herba Lycopi treatment group(group A),anisodamine treatment control group(group B),and shock control group(group C).Preparation the traumatic shock dog model with combined trauma,resuscitation and drug intervention were taken 60 minutes later.The central venous blood was taken for bacterial culture at 60,120,240 minutes later respectively after shock.And the mesenteric lymph nodes and liver tissue were taken for bacterial culture at 300 minutes later.Results The bacterial translocation dogs were found in three groups.The numbers of bacterial translocation in group A and group B were significantly less than group C.There were significantly different between group A,group B and group C.But there were no significant difference between group A and group B.Conclusion Herba Lycopi decoction has a protective effect on the intestinal bacterial translocation in dogs with traumatic shock by improving intestinal microcirculation,and the effects are similar with Anisodamine.
