头皮缺损的整形修复效果

Application of scalp repairing methods on defective scalp

目的:通过对不同程度的头皮缺损采取合适的修复方法,取得满意的疗效,总结和探讨其治疗的方法和经验。方法:对我院2001年5月～2010年10月对26例头皮缺损患者采取切除后直接拉拢缝合、局部皮瓣转移修复、头皮扩张器应用等手术方法。头皮缺损最大面积15 cm×6 cm。结果:本组随访5个月~4年,26例患者均主观满意,达到临床治疗效果。结论:头皮缺损以头皮扩张器治疗效果为好,而在有足够的沟通条件下,局部头皮瓣转移加植皮也同样可以获得满意的临床疗效。

Objective According to the different degrees of scalp defects take suitable repairing method,obtain satisfactory curative effect,to summarize and discuss the treatment method and experience.Methods In our hospital from May of 2001 to October of 2010 26 cases of scalp defects after resection of patients taking direct suture,local skin flap transfer for repair of scalp expander application,operation method.Scalp defect with the largest area of 15 cm×6 cm.Results In this group of patients were followed up for 6 months to 4 years,26 patients were subjective satisfaction,then the clinical therapeutic effect.Conclusion Moderate scalp defect with scalp expander in the treatment effect is good,but there is enough communication conditions,local scalp flap and skin grafting can also obtain satisfactory clinical curative effect.
