姜黄素对大强度运动大鼠肾损伤的保护作用及其机制 被引量:3

Protective Effect of Curcumin on Renal Injury In High-intensity Exercise Rats and Its Mechanisms

摘要 目的:探讨姜黄素对大强度运动大鼠肾损伤细胞因子的影响。方法:制备大鼠大强度运动模型,姜黄素进行干预,检测尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)指标变化,计算肾系数,ELISA测定肾组织和血液中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)的含量。结果:运动组肾组织及血液TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-18水平较安静组明显升高(P<0.01)。姜黄素干预后,大鼠肾组织及血液中TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-18水平较运动组明显降低(P<0.05),与阳性对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:姜黄素预处理可通过免疫抑制机制对大强度运动大鼠的肾损伤起保护作用。 Objective To observe the effect of curcumin intervention on inflammatory cytokines on renal injury in high-intensity exercise rats.Methods Set up the experiment model of training rats on the endurance running-platform,TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-18 content in kidney and blood was detected by double-antibody-sandwich enzyme-linked-immunosorbent-assay(ELISA).Using biochemical analyzer,contents of serum ureantrogen(BUN) and creatinine(Cr) were detected.Kidneys were then harvested and weighed to calculate the renal coefficient(RC).Results Compared with normal control group,both systemic as well as blood levels of cytokines increase significantly(P<0.05),meanwhile,serum BUN,Cr and RC increase significantly(P<0.05).Treatment with curcumin resulted in significant reduction in serum and tissue level of TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-18 that were increased by renal injury induced high-intensity exercise(P<0.05).BUN、Cr was decreased significantly(P<0.01),while RC had not significant difference.Conclusion Curcumin becomes to display its protective effect on renal injury in high-intensity exercise rats via immune-mediated anti-apoptotic mechanisms.
