The analysis on poisioning case of clenbuterol

目的:通过对69例群体急性克伦特罗中毒患者的临床分析,总结诊治经验。方法:69例群体急性克伦特罗中毒患者收入我院治疗,予以清除毒物以及对症治疗。结果:69例患者在1-4天内全部治愈出院。结论:对在进食肉类或动物内脏后出现肌肉震颤、心慌心悸、头痛等症状者要怀疑为克伦特罗中毒,可送标本作毒物鉴定,并予对症治疗。

Objective We have studied 69 cases of food poisonings by clenbuterol to sum up experience of diagnosis and treatment of food poisonings by clenbuterol.Methods 69cases of food poisonings by clenbuterol were treated with poison removal and symptomatic treatment in our hospital.Results 69 cases of food poisonings by clenbuterol were all be cured in 1-4 days.Conclusion Patient who felt muscle tremors,palpitation,headache after have met diet should be suspected food poisoning by clenbuterol,then should have poison test and symptomatic treatment.
