湖南农村中小学生安全急救知识掌握情况及干预效果研究 被引量:8

Study on State and Interference Effect of Safe and First Aid Knowledge in Hu Nan Village Students

摘要 目的:了解我省农村中小学生安全急救知识掌握现状,并研究其干预效果。方法:整群抽取我省益阳和怀化作为研究现场,对农村中小学生安全急救知识掌握情况进行基线调查,通过健康教育模式开展干预后进行干预效果评估。结果:①基线期,50.7%的中小学生接受过安全急救知识,80.0%的学生不会心肺复苏,90.0%的学生觉得有必要学习安全急救知识,主要通过书本(40.3%)、网络电视(27.9%)和人口相传(23.1%)学习,该知识不够普及的原因是学习主动性不强(52.2%),开展方式不吸引人(19.4%)以及政府、学校、家长不够重视(16.1%);②经x2检验,干预前后中小学生在对遇到危重伤员、被毒蛇咬伤、皮肤烧伤、周围人醉酒晕倒、意外切伤等问题的选择及对心肺复苏的知晓程度上的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:干预前中小学生具有一定的急救意识,但缺乏正确的操作方法,干预后学生的急救知识技能水平得到了较大的提高,本次干预取得了较好的效果。 Objective Research about state and interference effect of safe and first aid knowledge in Hu Nan village students.Methods Cluster sampling two village,face interview with the students and research about the interference effect.Results 50.7% students knew safe and first aid knowledge,80.0% din not know CPR,90.0% students felt it necessary to learn safe and first aid knowledge,the main ways were through book,WebTV and population,the cause why this knowledge fail to popular were students weak in initiativeness,study style not attractive and been given little attention;x2 test showed that after interferenced,students have got more safe and first aid knowledge when somebody wounded,bitten by a poisonous snake,burned,somebody drunk,cutted,and be more acquaintance with CPR.Conclusion Before intervention,students had some awareness of first aid but did not know the method,after intervention,students had a high improvement in safe and first aid knowledge level.
