摘要
目的:探讨不同持续时间低氧后运动对大鼠骨骼肌组织HIF-1α蛋白表达的影响。方法:训练完后,将SD大鼠放入低氧仓中,将氧浓度控制为12.5%(相当于4000m海拔高度),分别在8h和12h后,将8h低氧组和12h低氧组动物取出。低氧刺激每天一次,每周5天,共持续4周。运用免疫组化方法检测大鼠骨骼肌组织HIF-1α蛋白表达。结果与结论:HIF-1α在低氧训练刺激下表达上调,HIF-1α蛋白表达随着低氧刺激的时间延长而增高。
Objective To discuss the expression of exercise after different durative hypoxia in HIF-1α expressions in skeletal muscles of rats.Methods After training,experimental group were put in hypoxic equipment.After eight and twelve hours,taked out them partly,then put them in usual environment.Experimental lasted four weeks,5d/w.Applying immunohistochemical method,ditecting HIF-1α expressions in skeletal muscles of rats.Results and Conclusion: The expression of HIF-1αis increased in rat skeletal muscles in hypoxic training.As prolonging the hypoxia,HIF-1α expressions increase.
