摘要
目的:了解脲原体(UU)和人型支原体(MH)的耐药现状,指导临床合理用药。方法:对1219份泌尿系感染患者的分泌物进行支原体培养,并对阳性标本进行8种抗生素药敏实验。采用支原体培养、鉴定、药敏一体化试剂盒进行检测。结果:1219份分泌物中支原体阳性478份,总阳性率为39.21%,UU阳性率和MH阳性率及UU&MH混合阳性率分别为25.59%、3.20%、10.42%。UU单项阳性率显著高于MH和UU&MH混合等阳性率。药敏结果显示,以强力霉素和交沙霉素敏感性最强(96.79%、90.38%),其次为克拉霉素(83.01%),而对环丙沙星和司帕沙星敏感性较差。结论:对有临床症状的患者进行支原体培养、鉴定和药敏实验,选择敏感药物治疗,对控制支原体的传播和蔓延尤为重要。
Objective To drug a resistance of Ureaplasma urealyticun(UU) and Mycolasma hominis(MH) from genitourinary tract secretion,So as to provide evidence for rational use of antimicrobial angent in clinic Methods Mycoplasmas cultured by a kid of cultivation,identification with antimicrobial anget.Results 478 strains of UU and MH were identified from 1219 of genitourinary tract secretion in patients,The total isolation rate was 39.21%(478/1219),The positive rates of UU,MH and the positive rates of mixing of MH & UU were 25.59 %(312/1219),3.20 %(39/1219) and 10.42 %(127/1219),respectively.The positive rats of UU was higher than that of MH,mixing UU&MH,there are significant difference between in UU,MH and mixing UU&MH(P< 0.01).Drug susceptibility of UU,MH and mixing UU&MH,to 8 kinds of antibiotics were determined,the results showed,Deoxycycline and Jiosamysin had the highest susceptibility(96.79 %,90.38 %),the next was Clarithromycin(83.01 %),the susceptibilities of Ciprofloxacin and Sparfloxacin were low.Conclusion The isolation rat of mycoplasma in genitourinary tract infection of patients are higher,and drug-resistance are strong. In order to control mycoplasma infection,emergence of drug-resistance strain,antimicrobial agent treatment of infection in genitourinary tract of patients.Which the clinic should be chosen according to cultivation and drug susceptibility test results.
