摘要
采用酸浸——氟电极法测定郑州市常见蔬菜含氟量,并估算郑州市成人及儿童每天从蔬菜中摄入的氟量,同时对本市常见蔬菜中各类菜的含氟量进行了对比,列出了各类菜含氟量相对大小的顺序,为合理地选用蔬菜提供了参考资料。
The results of the determination of the fluoride contents in the vegetadles ofZhengzhou are reported in this paper. The order of the fluoride contents (mid-value) of various kind of vegetables is listed. The data obtained from our experiments, after statistical treatment, show thatthere is no significant difference in the fluoride contents of the vegetable of thesame kind, regardless of the origin of the vegetable, from the outskirts or fromthe markets. The estimation of daily fluoride intake from vegetables by thepeople in Zhengzhou city are as follows: the daily intake by children is 0.05mg/day and that by the audlts is 0.10mg/day.
