摘要
四针状氧化锌晶须是唯一具有三维空间结构的晶须。作为复合材料的一种特殊组份,它不仅显著地提高了材料的力学性能,而且赋予材料导电、吸波、光电等特殊的物理性能,使之成为有特殊功能的复合材料。本文综述四针状氧化锌晶须的制备,侧重讨论其生长机理方面的研究进展,并指出了存在的问题和进一步研究的方向。
Being the only one with spatial structure in all kinds of crystal whiskers and as a constituent of composite materials, tetrapod-like zinc oxide has full potentiality to find wide application in composite materials in which it can improve not only mechanical properties but contribute to the composites with performances such as electrical conductivity, wave absorption and optoelectronics. This review outlines our understanding of achievements and developments of the studies on synthesis, growth mechanism of the tetrapod-like crystals, including some problems to be solved for further research in this field.
