摘要
三钢烧结厂在原烧结混合料准备系统上增加8个造球盘及配套设施,形成了小球团烧结生产的新工艺。采用新工艺后,提高了烧结机的利用系数,减少了固体燃耗,改善了烧结矿的质量。高炉使用小球团烧结矿进行冶炼,取得了增产节焦的效果。
The mini-pelletized sintering modification was conducted for Sangang sintering plant. In this project, 8 balling pans and some other related equipements were supplemented on the basis of oringinal equipements. In this way, sinters output increased, solid fuel consumption was reduced and sinters quality was improved. The output increased and coke saving of blast furnace was achieved by using MPS process.
