权力腐败是一个民族、一个国家最可怕、最危险的敌人,是一种权力的异化或裂变,是权力的非责任化和权力的权利化的真实体现。对权力腐败的成因、实质、预防与遏制进行了初步分析与探讨。
The power corruption is the most dangerous enemy for a race and a nation, and it's the variation or fission of the power. It truly reflects the power's lacking of responsibility and its usage as right. This paper analyses and probes into cause of formation, substance, prevention and containment of the corruption.
