论经济法的二重向量性--兼与传统公私法之单向量性比较

On Dual Vector-quantities'Character of Economic Law——Compared with the single vector-quantities'character of the traditional public-private law

从把法视为一种向量(力)的前提出发,对传统的私法与公法的本质属性展开论证,得出它们是一对方向相反、大小性质相当的单一向量性作用力;在此基础上阐明作为整合传统公私法的现代性经济法的二重向量性,同时也昭示了经济法是一个独立而重要的法部门。

This paper,based on that law is a kind of vector-quantifies or physical strength,through probing the essence of law about traditional public-private law,concludes that they are a couple of single physical strength with reverse direction and equal strong-weak.After that,it expounds the dual vector-quantities' character of modern e- conomic law which has integrated the traditional public-private law,indicates modern economic law is an indepen- dent and important department of law as well.
