摘要
从外部和内部两方面分析了涟钢高炉焦比高的原因。通过改造设备,采用优质原料,改进高炉操作,提高煤粉喷入量,高炉焦比明显下降。
This article analyzes the reason of blast furnace higher coke rate at Lianyuan Steel on outside and inside.Through adopting new equipments and using high-quality material,raising PCI rate,the blast furnace coke rate has reduced obviously.The coke rate has reduced from 460kg/t on 1999 to 420kg/t at present.
