摘要 针对传统阀门质量检验统计分析过程中以人工统计为主、耗时长、效率低、时效性差、结果不准确等问题,通过开发智能质量检验统计分析系统,自动采集压力试验数据,自动生成检验记录、检验报告以及各类报表,还可以根据制造厂商、阀门类型、缺陷种类等自动生成柱状图、饼状图等质量分析图表,降低了人工录入数据的差错率,检索统计准确迅速,提高了检验效率和检验质量,为产品质量管理提供了快捷、高效的决策数据。 In view of the shortcomings of traditional valve quality inspection and statistical analysis that artificial statistics is of long time-consuming, low efficiency, poor timeliness, inaccurate results, an intelligent quality inspection and statistical analysis system is de- veloped, it can automatically acquire pressure test data, automatically generate inspection records, inspection reports and other various reports, and it can also automatically generate histograms, pie charts and other quality analysis charts according to the manufacturer, valve type, defect type, etc., which reduces the error rate of manual input data, increases the accuracy and efficiency of retrieval and sta- tistics and the efficiency and quality of inspection, and quickly and efficiently provides data for product quality management.
