正压式空气呼吸器常见质量问题及其防控措施

Common Quality Problems of Positive Pressure Air Breathing Apparatus and Preventive Measures of Them

正压式空气呼吸器是抢险救灾和救护工作时对工作人员进行保护的高性能个人防护装备。在长庆油田区域使用的正压式空气呼吸器往往由于使用环境恶劣,使用单位防护措施不到位等原因,使正压式空气呼吸器使用性能下降。针对检验中正压式空气呼吸器存在的主要问题进行了梳理汇总、原因分析,提出了防范措施。指出在日常使用过程中要加强维护保养工作,在使用前要进行外观检查及性能自检,使用后进行清洗、保养,并且每年定期到正规检验机构进行检验,以保证设备使用安全可靠。

Positive pressure air breathing apparatus is a high performance personal protective equipment for emergency, disaster relief and ambulance personnel. Poor environment and protective measures often lead to the use performance reduction of the positive pres- sure air breathing apparatuses used in Changqing Oilfield. The main problems existing in the use of positive pressure air breathing appa- ratus found ill its inspection were summarized, the causes of the problems were analyzed, and preventive measures were put forward. It is pointed out to strengthen the maintenance in the daily use, to check the appearance and performance before use, to clean and maintain after use, and regularly to inspect in the regular inspection agencies to ensure the safe use of equipment.
