公共文化服务体系视域下贫困地区农村儿童早期阅读探析

Study on Children' Early Reading in Poor Rural Areas From the Perspective of Public Cultural Service System

儿童早期阅读教育对其个体和社会发展都具有重要意义。文章以现代公共文化服务体系建设为背景,探索贫困地区农村儿童早期阅读推广工作,通过对海南五个贫困县农村幼儿早期阅读现状的广泛调研与问题分析,从家长、幼儿园、公共文化服务机构和制度保障四个方面展开思考,特别是要发挥农村图书馆在儿童早期阅读工作中的主阵地作用,提出了相应的策略和措施。

Children＇ early reading education has important significance to their individual and society development. Currently, there are certain difficulties for children in poor rural areas to carry out early reading. Under the background of accelerating the construction of modern public cultural service system and promoting nationwide reading, as an important part of nationwide reading, children＇ early reading in poor rural areas should be given special attention. We need to change the public＇ s idea, increase investment, establish better institutional guarantee and service system for rural children, give full play to the functions of grass-roots public cultural services in rural libraries, and positively take measures to promote early reading work, so as to promote children＇ reading abilities in such areas.
