摘要
随着我国"走出去"战略以及"一带一路"战略的不断推进,越来越多的企业参与到海外市场竞争,企业所面临的知识产权风险急剧增加。在对我国企业海外经营中所面临的知识产权风险的内涵及特点进行分析的基础上,探讨企业海外经营中知识产权风险防控能力的构成及其影响因素,以提出提升企业海外经营中知识产权风险防控能力的具体建议。
With the development of the ＂go global＇and ＂one belt, one road＂ strategy, more and more enterprises are involved in overseas competition, and the intellectual property risks faced by them are increasing. Based on the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of intellectual property risks faced by Chinese enterprises in overseas operations, this paper discusses the composition and influencing factors of prevention and control capability of intellectual property risks in enterprises＇ overseas operations, and puts forward some concrete suggestions as how to enhance the prevention and control capability.
