It＇ s hard to evaluated because of the mixture of pros and cons. The spirit of Serving for Workers, peasants and soldiers and the practice of Serving on the outside of libraries, Working industry and thrift in libraries have leaved deep imprints in the library history. These marks are worth inheriting and carrying forward in the new era.
