摘要
随着我国经济快速发展,各行业对能源需求愈加旺盛,能源使用压力日益成为限制企业和地区经济发展的重要因素。本文通过构建政府与传统企业、高新技术企业与传统企业两个博弈体系检验能源使用压力对技术创新的倒逼机制是否存在,博弈结果表明:能源使用压力会倒逼企业进行技术创新,同时高新技术企业带来的竞争压力也会推动传统企业的技术创新。随后使用湖南省面板数据对上述结果进行实证研究发现:总体而言,湖南省能源使用压力倒逼技术创新的机制广泛存在,但是由于各地区产业结构、资金投入等差异,影响效应有所不同。最后,据此提出相关政策建议。
With the rapid development of Chinese economic, industry increasingly strong demand for energy, energy use pressure become an important factors that restrict enterprises and regional economic development. In this paper, by constructing the government with the traditional enterprises, high - tech enterprises and traditional enterprises two game tests system research the existence of the reversed pressing mechanism that energy use pressure on technology innovation, the game results show that the energy using pressure will reversed technology innovation of enterprise, at the same time, the competitive pressure of high technology enterprise will promote technology innovation of traditional enterprise. Then empirical study of the panel data of Hunan province show that the results in general, energy use pressure reversed transmission mechanism of technological innovation in Hunan province is widespread, but due to the regional industrial structure, capital investment and other differences, effect is different. Finally, puts forward relevant policy suggestions accordingly.
