摘要
随着辽东庄河地区190万k W海上风电项目的建设,辽宁电网调峰形势将进一步恶化。文中介绍了国内外海上风电发展的现状,着重分析了辽宁省的海上风电资源情况,并对辽宁电网调峰能力进行定量分析,探讨辽宁省海上风电项目消纳问题,据此提出几点应对策略,可供海上风电企业参考。
the project building of 1.9 million offshore wind power is built in Zhuanghe, the east part of Liaoning province. The situa- tion of peak shaving in Liaoning Power Grid will be worsen. This paper introduces the status of offshore wind power development at home and abroad. Offshore wind resource in our province is analyzed emphatically, and carries on the quantitative analysis of liaoning Power Grid peak shaving capability. Given to offshore wind projects in liaoning province are discussed, and put forward some coping strategies accordingly. It can be used for reference in the offshore wind enterprises in our province.
