摘要
目前电动汽车的发展应用已成为一种必然趋势,但规模化的电动汽车接网充电将会在一定程度上影响电力系统的安全稳定运行。通过详细论述电动汽车充电负荷建模的影响因素,从输配电网两个层级分析电动汽车接网充电给电网运行带来的影响,总结电动汽车规模化充电控制策略的研究思路,为电动汽车充电控制研究领域提供理论指导。
As a vigorously promoted means of using clean energy, electric vehicles can achieve energy conservation and emission re- duction, it effectively alleviate the increasingly serious energy crisis and environmental pollution. The development and application of e- lectric vehicles have become an inevitable trend, but the charging of large-scale electric vehicles will have a far-reaching impact on power system operation. The influence factors of electric vehicle charging load model are discussed in detail, and the effects of electric vehicle charging on power grid operation are analyzed from the aspects of transmission and distribution network. Additionally, the re- search ideas and priorities of charging control strategies of electric vehicles are summarized, which would provide an effective theoretical guidance for the control strategy research of electric vehicles.
