摘要 V94.3A型燃气—蒸汽联合循环机组采用单轴布置,汽轮机运行时高压缸前轴承振动较大。对此借助汽轮机TDM在线监测系统分析振动频谱图和轴心轨迹图,发现轴承存在半速油膜涡动现象。依据现场布置状况研究振动产生原因,探讨轴承振动危害,并结合机组实际情况,提出控制轴承振动的合理措施,为类似发电机组振动处理和研究提供借鉴。 V94. 3A type gas-steam combined cycle unit adopts single shaft arrangement. When steam turbine nmning, the front bear- ing of high pressure cylinder is vibrating high. With help of the TDM on-line monitoring system, the vibration frequency spectrum and the axis trajectory are analyzed. It is found that the bearing has half-speed oil film eddy phenomenon. According to the layout of the scene to study the causes of vibration and exploring the hazards of bearing vibration, it iscombined with the actual situation of the unit. This paper puts forward some reasonable measures to control the vibration of the bearing, for similar collocation of generator sets pro- vide reference vibration treatment and research.
