摘要
200 MW机组检修前振动处于良好水平,检修中未做影响转子质量平衡工作,修后启动转速在2 000 r/min时,发电机转子5、6瓦振动大,机组跳机。排除低发对轮装配工艺不当及摩擦因素后,机组转速也未能升到2 200 r/min,通过3次动平衡,机组顺利带满负荷。实践证明,该机组低发对轮中心变化对振动影响显著,其检修工艺对其它机组具有借鉴意义。
200 MW generating unit, the vibration is in good level before repairing. The rotor mass balance at the time of repairing and after starting at 2 000 r/min. The vibration of the generator rotor 5 and 6 watts increase and then jump. after impropering to rule out low hair of wheel assembly technology and friction factors, it can not increase to 2 200 r/min. After 3 times of dynamic balance, the units can have full capacity. Practice proved that change of low wheel center is significant for vibration and the repair technology has reference significance to other units.
