现代学徒制在高职教育测绘技术类人才培养中的应用

The Application of Modern Apprenticeship in Talent Training of Surveying and Mapping Technology in Higher Vocational Education

现代学徒制正在我国职业教育领域迅速推进,本文在认真研究、梳理现代学徒制的起源、实质、适用范围及意义的基础上,结合高职教育测绘技术类专业特点,通过大量企业调研,提出了现代学徒制在高职教育测绘技术类人才培养中的具体应用范式、注意事项、面临困难及其解决办法。同时,由于"现代学徒制"在我国职业教育领域的应用尚处于试点阶段,配套体制机制体系也在酝酿探索之中,迫切需要职业院校、行业企业和各级政府广泛参与和积极试点,走出中国特色的"现代学徒制"职业教育之路。

Modern apprenticeship is rapidly developing in the field of vocational education in China. On the ba- sis of studying and sorting out the origin, essence, application scope and significance of modern apprenticeship, combined with the characteristics of surveying and mapping technology in higher vocational education, and through a large number of enterprise research, this paper puts forward the concrete application model, the precautions, the difficulties and the solutions of the modem apprenticeship system in the talent cultivation of the surveying and map- ping technology in higher vocational education. At the same time, the application of ＂ modern apprenticeship＂ in the field of higher vocational education in China is still in the pilot stage, and the related supporting system and mechanism are also in the process of exploration, so it is urgent for vocational colleges, industries, enterprises and governments at all levels to extensively participate and actively carry out experiments so as to seek the road of the ＂ modem apprenticeship＂ in vocational education with Chinese characteristics.
