中国农村剩余劳动力转移对农业经济增长的影响研究

The influence of Rural Surplus Labor Transfer on Agricultural Economic Growth in China

本文基于1996-2015年的数据探究中国农村剩余劳动力转移对农业经济增长的影响,研究过程中,本文以经典柯布-道格拉斯生产函数为基础构建计量模型进行定量分析。实证结果表明,农村剩余劳动力转移对农业经济增长有积极的促进作用,农村剩余劳动力的转移促进了农业的土地流转,加速了农业的机械化生产,以及农业的适度规模经营。根据所得结论提出相应的对策建议,以期进一步发挥农业劳动力转移对农业经济增长的积极作用。

Based on the data from 1996 to 2015, this paper explores the impact of the transfer of rural surplus labor on agricultural economic growth in China. In the process of research, the econometric model based on the classical Cobb- Douglas production function is built for quantitative analysis. The empirical results show that the transfer of rural surplus labor has a positive effect on the growth of agricultural economy. The transfer of rural sur- plus labor promotes the agricultural land circulation, accelerates the mechanization of agriculture production and the moderate scale management of agriculture. Based on the above conclusions, the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to further play the positive role of the transfer of agricultural labor to agri- cultural economic growth.
