摘要 为培养学生批判性、创新性思维以及互动、合作、处理信息的能力,将学习主权回归到学生身上,本研究借助虚拟平台对经管类跨专业综合实训满意度进行评价,发现学生对于虚拟实训的总体满意度一般,在实训课时、实训内容、设计、实训考核、网络支持上存在很大的改进空间。学院可根据以上因素对虚拟实训的满意度的影响程度提出改进对策和改进措施,充分发挥虚拟实训的特长,强化经管类人才实践能力和创新能力的培养。 In order to cultivate students' critical, innovative thinking and the ability to cooperate, interact, and deal with information, return the initiative of study to the students, this study uses the virtual platform to evaluate the satisfaction of the economics and management Transdisciplinary comprehensive training. It is found that the over- all satisfaction of students for the virtual training is not too bad, there is a lot of room for improvement in the train- ing hours, training content, design, training assessment, network support. According to the influence degree of the above factors on the satisfaction of virtual training, the college may put forward the improvement countermeasures and measures, give full play to the characteristics of virtual training, and strengthen the training of the practical a- bility and innovative ability of the economics and management talents.
