油田注水管道沿程水头损失计算方法探讨 被引量:3

摘要 为了准确计算注水管道沿程水头损失,合理确定管道直径、壁厚以及注水泵扬程,有必要分析注水水质特点。在油气田开发过程中,回注水源大多是地层采出水和生产含油污水,与一般清水相比,具有水温高、含盐量高和注水压力高等特性。回注水对黏度的影响各不相同,现行注水管道设计规范及相关手册中水头损失计算公式均对这些因素考虑不足。通过伊朗某油田注水管道项目实例计算验证及比较可知,应实测注水水源黏度,将黏度作为注水基本参数,将柯列布鲁克-怀特公式作为注水水力计算公式。 In order to make an accurate calculation oFthe Friction head loss and reasonably determine the pipe diameter, wall thickness and water injection pump head, it is necessary to analyze the injec- tion water quality characteristics. The influence of injection water on viscosity are different, but head calcula- tion Formulas in existing water injection pipeline design standards and relevant handbooks all take insuffi- cient account of these Factors. Through calculating, identifying and comparing the example of a water injection project in Iran, it is known that the injection water source viscosity should be actually mea- sured, and then the viscosity should be taken as a basic parameter For water injection and the Cole- brook-White equation should be tal^en as the water injection hydraulic calculation Formula.
