摘要 针对转相点前原油乳状液油水难乳化、油水分层现象明显,造成测试结果误差较大的问题,对原油乳状液配制方法进行了改进。将搅拌转子由双三叶桨式搅拌转子改进为双螺带式搅拌转子,以使搅拌流场和流型更为合理,减少配制容器的搅拌死角;通过对搅拌强度、搅拌时间、搅拌温度等进行优化,确定乳状液制备参数;油水添加方式为将水缓慢加入油中,随着搅拌强度的增加,制备的模拟乳状液的分水率逐渐降低,稳定性逐渐增强;在中速搅拌条件下,搅拌30 min后形成稳定的乳状液,流变性较稳定。通过现场试验,改进配制方法后的乳状液与现场实液更接近。 Before the phase transition point, the oil and water in crude oil emulsion are difficult to be emulsified and the oil water stratification is obvious, resulting in large errors in testing results. To solve above problems, the crude oil emulsion preparation method is improved. The mixer rotor is changed from the double three- blade type to the twin screw conveyor type, which gets more reasonable stir- ring flow field and flow pattern and reduces the dead angle of preparation containers: through optimizing stirring intensity, stirring time, stirring temperature, emulsion preparation parameters are determined; oil water addition method is adding water to oil slowly, and with increasing stirring intensity, water diversion rate of prepared simulation emulsion gradually reduces and stability gradually increases: in the medium speed stirring condition, stable emulsion is formed after 30 min of stirring, and the rheological property becomes more stable. Through field tests, the emulsion with improved formulation is closer to the field real fluid.
