摘要
采用离心法和汽油-水联合洗涤法分析了孤东油田东一联合站罐底回掺油油水过渡层的含量及组成。罐底回掺油油水过渡层体积分数为4.4%,杂质体积分数为1.0%,这两种物质具有稳定原油乳状液的作用。对回掺油进行了温度为60、70、80、90℃破乳脱水试验,试验结果表明,增大药剂量、提高温度、延长沉降时间均不能使油水完全分离。针对回掺油的性质,研制了9-19复配破乳剂,在温度为60℃,单级沉降6 h时,原油含水率小于30%,满足了污水进入电脱水器含水率不大于30%的要求,保障了电脱水器的正常生产。
Shuanghe Oilfield of Henan adopts polymer flooding technology to produce oil at the high
water cut later stage of development,with the sewage process of "secondary settling + secondary filtration".
However,because of the water quality change of the sewage,the emulsion phenomenon of the
small- particle- size oil droplets in the sewage is serious,so the secondary settling effect becomes worse.
Therefore, following improvement scheme is taken: concentrating and distributing system uses bellmouthings
to concentrate and distribute water,and the amount of bellmouthings should be increased to
meet the requirement of controlling areas; concrete tanks should be increased outside the settling tanks;
the internal structure of secondary 3# 3000 m3 settling tanks should be improved.After putting the improving
scheme into effect, in recent years the oil mass concentration of the sewage at the 3# settling
tank export is below 50 mg/L,which meets the water quality requirement of follow-up filtration system.
