橇装两相试井计量装置自控系统的研制

摘要 为了提高国产试井计量装置的自动化程度,为国产QSJ-D1型橇装两相试井计量装置设计了一套基于PLC的自动控制系统。为了满足频繁拆卸转场的需要,控制系统核心采用便于携带的箱式控制仪,现场设备和控制仪通过耐寒电缆连接,连接处采用航空插头。采用欧姆龙PLC作为下位机,使用RSView32组态软件编制上位机程序,实现了试井装置的自动化控制。经过实际应用检验,该系统可有效减轻工人的劳动强度,降低设备购置成本,取得了较好的应用效果。 In order to improve the automation degree of domestic well testing metering devices,a set of automatic control system based on PLC for domestic QSJ-D1 skid-mounted two-phase well testing metering devices is designed. To meet the need of frequent disassembly and moving, the control system core adopts the portable box-type controller.On-site equipments and the controller are connected through cold- resistant cables, and connections use aviation plugs. OMRON PLC is used as the lower computer and configuration software RSView32 is used to program for the upper computer, which realizes the automatic control of testing well devices. Through practical application tests, it is proved that the system can greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers and the equipment cost, and achieve good application results.
